"It is better to create 3 imperfect video rather than create one perfect video as you are doing hands-on learning as an intern," I said to the girl who produced 3 videos for me and told me she might edit it if I find some major flaws."

It takes too long for an intern to produce a video as they are not professionals. Once the video is done, no editing will be done. Producing veterinary videos is part of the experiential learning for an intern at Toa Payoh Vets."

She used a new software and produced 3 videos for me as follows:

Each intern brings new ideas in the production of videos. Her videos represented her voice and were much different from previous ones done by my other interns. I will have to ask them to edit as many are not in focus and some look like reading from Powerpoint presentations. Junior College students from top schools seldom learn how to do videos from my observations.
